Agendas, Minutes, Public Participation

The Upper Dublin Board of School Directors is committed to providing resources for residents of Upper Dublin Township to follow its proceedings and to share their feedback. Reference this page for the meeting schedule, agendas, and to learn more about public comment opportunities.

Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Meeting agendas are posted to the BoardDocs portal at least 24 hours prior to each meeting, per board policy. Minutes are also posted to the Board Docs portal following each meeting.

Meeting Schedule

The schedule for Upper Dublin School District Board of School Directors' committees and legislative meetings is posted to the district calendar. We also include meeting reminders in our News from the Nest bimonthly newsletter.

All meetings are held in the Upper Dublin High School Cardinal Room located at 800 Loch Alsh Avenue, Fort Washington, PA.

Pathways of Communication

Please note that the purpose of public comment during school board meetings is to provide residents and taxpayers an opportunity to share their thoughts on matters of concern, official action, or ongoing deliberations.

To assist our community with directing questions and concerns to the appropriate person(s), our UD Pathways of Communications can help identify points of contact on various matters. By following these procedures, we can streamline the process of answering questions, alleviating concerns, and foster greater collaboration within our community. We encourage you to review the document as a first step in your process.

Public Comment (In-Person)

Each meeting includes a designated period for public comment for residents of Upper Dublin Township. To ensure that all residents have equal opportunity to speak and that meetings can proceed efficiently, speakers are asked to limit comments to four minutes. Please be aware that this period of public comment is intended for the board to garner input from residents and not to facilitate discussions and dialogue.

Public Comment (Remote)

Residents unable to attend a meeting in-person may submit comments using this form until 4:00 PM on the meeting date. Public participation submitted to the form will be shared electronically with all members of the board prior to the meeting, and the public participant's name and topic(s) addressed will be noted in the meeting minutes.
