I remember how hard it was to teach kids about volume. Ms. Merrigan and her 5th graders knocked it out of the park - learning about volume by building cities!!
The Upper Dublin School District is closed tomorrow, Monday (5/29), in observance of Memorial Day. We take this opportunity to remember and honor those who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.

It was another great Arbor Day celebration with Steve Stone and Ron Ayres of the UD Shade Tree Commission! Each year a tree is planted at one of our schools. This year a tree was planted at UDHS.

This period of remembrance beings this evening and ends tomorrow evening.
Last night was our 9th annual UDHS MiniTHON. Our very own Jacob Orlick give an incredible, heartwarming, and inspirational speech about his fight against cancer! He is now a 3 year cancer survivor!!
We raised $67,131.71!!
Earlier this week several of our teachers presented their work in the development of our writing framework to our School Board. We have amazing teachers in UDSD!!
